Pursuvo / GovCon capture platformForm PRSV-1 / Rev 07-2026
Features

Built to fit your pursuit stack, not replace it.

Pursuvo doesn't ask you to migrate off your CRM, change email providers, or train a black-box AI on your win history. It plugs into the stack you've already paid for and does the work between sources, scoring, and sequenced outreach.

CLIN 0001Ingest

Every procurement source, one normalized stream.

Connect the federal, state, and local sources you actually pursue. Pursuvo handles auth, rate-limits, schema drift, and dedup, so the opportunity stream you score against is clean, even when SAM.gov is having a bad day.

  • SAM.gov: full opportunity feed with attachment metadata
  • USASpending: historical awards and contracting officer history
  • State portals: including MyBidMatch (Utah), with the pattern to add others
  • RSS & Atom: for the long tail of agency bulletin boards
  • REST APIs: point it at any JSON endpoint, map fields with the wizard
  • Inbound webhooks: push opportunities in from anywhere
CLIN 0002Score

Deterministic rules. Transparent math. No black box.

Every opportunity is scored by a set of rules you configure. Each rule that matches adds points; the total sorts into Pursue, Partner, or NoBid against thresholds you set, and the pipeline rescores in real time. No LLM in the scoring path. The math is auditable. Defend it to your principal, your proposal lead, or your board.

  • NAICS match: against the codes you register
  • Set-aside fit: small-business, 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone
  • Contract value: thresholds calibrated to the dollar ranges you win
  • Agency tier: federal civilian, defense, prime, or your priority states
  • Procurement vehicle: your schedules and cooperative contracts
  • Keyword match: the capability language in your win themes
  • Pattern match: regex rules for recompetes and named programs
  • Seat count: contact-center and staffing volume signals
CLIN 0003Reach

Sequenced outbound, through your own email and CRM.

Pursuvo sends through your sending domain on Resend, writes pursuit state into your CRM, and detects replies, including the noisy out-of-office auto-replies that used to halt your sequences. You stay in pursuit. The CRM stays canonical.

  • Multi-step sequences: templated, with per-step delays and conditionals
  • Reply routing: inbound webhook from Postmark, mailbox-hash addressing
  • OOO detection: auto-replies don't pause the sequence
  • Daily caps: per-tenant throttle so you don't get a domain reputation hit
  • CRM sync: Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, all bi-directional
  • Bounce handling: Svix-verified webhooks, suppressed addresses tracked
